The Versaillesmirror is a reinvention with modern production techniques of the well-known antique mirror. An artistic print on the mirror back, together with a carefully applied semi-transparant silvering, evokes the recognisable baroque frame. An exclusive Deknudt cung technique recreates the irregular lining of the originally three-dimensional frame on a one-dimensional mirror surface. The bevelled rectangular central mirror is the final touch to this masterpiece.
