The Mia Stanza team are a delight. From our initial conversation in the showroom about our chair and sofa, to their on time delivery by a helpful team, the whole process was terrific. We would highly recommend them, and will return for our future furniture needs.

Excellent service from the moment you walk into the showroom. Given the space you need to browse but also given the help you want when it comes to sorting through fabrics and extras on the furniture. This continued through the process of waiting for the product to arrive all the way through to its delivery and installation.

Our shopping experience with Mia Stanza has been excellent. From our initial conversations about what we wanted they were extremely helpful in providing simulated models of the furniture and continued to update them as we changed our preferences of the fabrics. They were really knowledgable about the products and were able to advise what would work best with our requirements. All of the team are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The delivery team were great too, they had everything built in a short matter of time and left no mess. Would highly recommend Mia Stanza.

So far our relationship with Mia Stanza has been first class. From initial interest through planning and design of our new FAMA furnishings has been an excellent experience. Please note I said relationship at the beginning and I used it with purpose. that is something unique in the market place. We have been shopping here for years but our most recent purchase from Mia Stanza was a big grey corner sofa – we LOVE it! It gets compliments from everyone that visits, is super comfy with flexible seating and we also love the swivel armchair, artwork and lamp to match the fabric on the cushions. Staff are really knowledgeable and friendly, keep you up to date with delivery and can even show you a virtual simulation of how your sofa will look in your room…in any of the hundreds of fabrics available.

From start to finish we had a great experience with Mia Stanza. We had called in a number of times to try out the sofa’s and chairs, Louise and the staff were absolutely brilliant. No pushy sales pitches here, just helpful advice when asked for.

The ordering process was straight forward and our suite arrived on the set date and was installed quickly and professionally by the delivery team.

We are delighted with our new furniture and would highly recommend this company. If you are thinking about buying some furniture, then go ahead. You will be thrilled.

Great staff, family firm. Lots of choice. Fantastic showroom. No hard sell, helpful advice with a cup of coffee/tea. Always wanted a Fama sofa since we saw one years ago and with our new kitchen diner we knew this was the perfect time to purchase one. We chose Afrika and oil fabric and we are not disappointed. We absolutely love it.

Shopping at Mia Stanza’s online store was a great experience for us – they gave lots of help with the huge range of Fama sofa modules and fabrics. The highlight, though, was their exceptional after-sales service. When we reported minor blemishes on our sofa (not their fault), they promptly organized professional cleaning and some additional covers we wanted to purchase – the customer focus sets them apart. The delivery was ahead of schedule (unusual in current climate) and the delivery gentlemen were just that … gentlemen – also helpful, polite, professional, pleasant and respectful of my home. Impressive shop with a wide range of good quality furniture on display. Left to browse comfortably at leisure. When needed assistance on any particular item everyone in this family run business were eager to help with their knowledgeable expertise and sound advice. We purchased dining table and chairs and are very happy customers. We placed our order and then Mia Stanza’s own delivery men came to our home and assembled our dining room table and chairs for us.
Didn’t have to do anything ourselves which was great! Would highly recommend paying this furniture shop in Nantwich a visit. You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve had an excellent experience with Mia Stanza. This started with their kind assistance in sending me a leather swatch. The ordering of my two Fama chairs was easy and efficient. I was kept up to date on the progress of my order and the delivery date was arranged well in advance. The delivery drivers were polite, prompt and careful. An enjoyable shopping experience!

Mia Stanza has a lovely selection of furnishings to choose from and with great personal service, the kind one only gets from , small family run companies…what more could you ask for!

The stock is constantly being updated and we regularly drop in simply to see what’s new. Be it a vase, lamp, mirror or a complete suite of furniture you’ll find something to spark your imagination. Add to this a great team, who go the extra mile in terms of customer service. Quite simply, we wouldn’t dream of visiting a chain store while we have this gem on our doorstep. Nantwich would be a poorer place without this store.

We had nice friendly and expert help when trying to choose our sofas without any pressure to complete a sale. They were delivered before Christmas even though our timing was a bit tight and the sofas were carefully set up by the delivery team with a full demonstration.

Mia Stanza sell a furniture range called Fama which has almost limitless customisation options. The team were very patient as we designed and amended different options on a large screen. Very helpful and essential to use alongside the fabrics as colours can appear different on screen
After purchase the delivery and fitting together was excellent. They drove some way out of their normal range and spent time setting up the furniture (as well as helping move our old furniture into the garage).
It was clear from the delivery men to the sales people this was a “family firm” with high service levels and a pride in what they do
Thoroughly enjoyed our furniture purchases, so much so that we’ve added a table / foot stool. If you like modern styling then it will definitely be worth a visit
